You can also log in using a third-party platform account that we support. If you use a third-party platform to log in, we will obtain relevant information under the third-party account based on your authorization (including: nickname, profile picture, birthday, gender, specific authorization content shall prevail), and you are required to provide identity verification information (mobile phone number, verification number matching result). We collect this information to provide you with account login services and ensure the security of your account. If you refuse to authorize such information, you will not be able to log in to Yamlet using a third-party platform account, and therefore cannot use the services we provide for you.
2. Implement identity authentication
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, in order to meet the needs of verifying the authenticity of user identity, ensuring the security of the system, services, and the property security of you and other users,

To achieve the purpose of identity authentication, you agree and authorize us to provide, query, and verify your aforementioned identity information to relevant identity authentication agencies (such as government departments) on our own or on behalf of a third party
Please note that yourID card number, real name, facial feature identification information and collection accountare personal sensitive information. Please provide them carefully. If you refuse to provide them, you may not be able to obtain relevant services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
3. Providing you with search services
When you use the Yamlet search function, we need to collect the words you searched for, browsing history and time, search time, and the number of times you interacted with them. We collect this information to provide you with the content you need and services that may be more interesting to you.
4. Providing you with interactive and information publishing services
When you use Yamlet to upload and/or publish information and engage in related activities (such as uploading and publishing audio, video, graphic and text content, sharing, following, bookmarking, and gifting), we will collect the information you upload, publish, or form, and have the right to display your nickname, profile picture, and post content.
(1) When you upload your profile picture, perform real person authentication, post voice personalized signature, or post updates (including graphic and video content), we will apply for access to your microphone, camera, photo, storage permissions, and collect voice, photo, video information collected by the microphone or camera or the graphic and video information you provide. If you disable these permissions, you will not be able to use the above functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of Yamlet. Please note that your uploaded voice, photos, and videos may contain sensitive information about you. Please provide it with caution. If the information you post involves the personal information of others, you should obtain their consent before publishing.
(2) When you follow user accounts that you are interested in, communicate and interact with other accounts, or like, comment or share content, we will collect the accounts you follow and show you the content posted by the accounts you follow. At the same time, we will also collect the content you interact, comment, like or share with other accounts, and display or push notifications to users.
(3) When you use Yamlet virtual currency to give tips or gifts to other users, we will collect data on your profile picture, nickname, and gift giving, and display it to other users.

5. Audio chat and audio and video call services
When you have audio chat in the chat room, audio chat in the family voice chat mode, or use audio and video voice call services, we will apply for access to your microphone and camera. If you disable these permissions, you will not be able to use the above services, but it does not affect your normal use of other functions of Yamlet.
6. Recharging and querying virtual property
When you recharge and purchase coins, we will collect your purchase order information and payment account information; If you need to check the remaining quantity of your virtual property, we will collect information on the remaining quantity of your virtual property and display it on the relevant page for you. Please note that recharge information, purchase order information, account information, and virtual property information are sensitive information. Please be cautious. 7. Geographically based features and recommendation services
When you use location-related features in "Making Friends (Homepage)", "Dynamic", "Family", "Personal Information Page", "Who Has Seen Me", such as "Personal Information - Distance Display" and "Homepage - Nearby", we need you to authorize us to access your location permissions and collect your location information in order to recommend nearby users to you or show the distance between you and other users. Based on the information you provide us and the information we may collect (such as your geographical location, age, and gender), we will provide you with a "local friend recommendation service" in the form of a "local list" on the homepage and dynamic pages, in order to facilitate your more effective experience of online socializing and social activities.

8. Maintain account security, ensure normal service operation, and optimize service experience

If we combine this type of non personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person's identity, or use it in combination with personal information, during the combined use period, this type of non personal information will be considered personal information. Unless authorized by you or otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de identify this type of personal information. These pieces of information will be processed and protected as your personal information in accordance with this policy during their combined use.
9. Provide you with customer service or other user response functions
When you contact our customer service or use other user response functions (such as in sales and after-sales applications, personal information protection complaints or suggestions, other customer complaints and needs), we may require you to provide necessary personal information to match and verify your user identity, in order to ensure the security of your account and system. You understand and agree that the Yamlet service may require you to enable specific access permissions on your device in order to collect and use the information involved in these permissions. For example:

As well as the photo album and/or camera (camera) permissions, contact book permissions, microphone permissions, and location permissions mentioned earlier, when you need to disable the function permissions that you have enabled to use certain specific functions mentioned above, most mobile devices will support your needs. For specific methods, please refer to or contact the service provider or manufacturer of your mobile device. Enabling any permission means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you close any permission, it means that you cancel the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant information based on the corresponding permission, nor can we provide you with the services corresponding to that permission. 16. When you register for the Yamlet service, we will collect your nickname, profile picture, gender, date of birth, phone number, intended username and password for creating a Yamlet account. If you agree and authorize us to authorize your account information (avatar, nickname, and other information prompted on the page) to a third party so that you can easily register or log in to a third-party account, we will share the account information you agree and authorize with the third party. In addition, we may obtain your third-party account information from a third party based on your authorization and bind it to your Yamlet account, allowing you to directly log in and use our products and/or services through the third-party account. When you register and start using various services of Yamlet, in order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure the security of your account, we will collect information about the services and usage methods you use and associate this information. This information includes:
Device Information:We will receive and record device related information (including device model, operating system version, setting parameters, device configuration, device identification, device network information, device environment, and other software and hardware feature information) based on the specific permissions you have granted during software installation and use
Service log information:When you use products or services provided by our website or client, we will automatically collect detailed usage information of your services as relevant service logs. Please note that the information you publicly release may involve personal information or even sensitive personal information of yourself or others, such as when you choose to upload images containing personal information when posting updates. Refusing to provide this information will prevent you from using the above functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of Yamlet. In addition, you can also turn off related functions at any time. When you choose to establish a following relationship with the people you are interested in and share information with other third parties through the functional components we provide, we will collect service log information, including your following relationship and sharing history, for the purpose of achieving the above functions and other clearly stated purposes.

When you use chat services, in order to better provide you with services, improve the service experience, ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of chat basic functions, optimize product performance, and ensure the security of your account, we will collect and use your account number information, device information, chat log information, and transaction record information.
